1950s Military surplus high waisted flat front chino, with on seam front pockets with hand guided machine embroidered "Exploding Chrysanthemum" flower at Knees. Inspired by 19C Japanese kimono embroidery, hand guided machine embroidered "Exploding chrysanthemum" with embroidered stars, and french knots, in clean bright shades of green and white to contrast the distressed faded vintage garment. 

Rescued in Brimfield, MA, reworked in India.
