Shipping & Returns

At The Falls, each RRR (rescued, repaired, reworked) piece is thoroughly inspected, documented, and packed with care prior to shipment. Due to the antique, archival, and one-of-a-kind nature of our garments and objects, most purchases are considered final sale.

If you have questions about a specific piece before placing your order, we encourage you to reach out to us at team@thefalls.store.

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accommodate exchanges or store credit on eligible items if initiated within 14 days of purchase, or within 14 days of delivery or pickup for online orders.

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return requests must be submitted via team@thefalls.store

Once received, your return will be assessed. The Falls reserves the right to determine item condition and eligibility. In some cases, we may be able to offer in-house repairs to address minor issues. Please note: many garments bear marks of time and age — these are not considered defects, but rather integral to the history and character of the piece.

Jewelry

All antique jewelry is tested, documented, and sold as is. Due to the nature of these pieces, all jewelry sales are final. Any repairs or adjustments are the responsibility of the customer and must be arranged independently. We are happy to consult on recommended repair options upon request. Shipping charges for repairs are also the responsibility of the customer.

Third-Party Purchases

We are only able to accommodate returns or inquiries for items purchased directly from www.thefalls.store. Items purchased through third-party retailers must be handled through their respective policies.

Damaged or Missing Packages

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. If your order goes missing or arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days of the shipping date at team@thefalls.store, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

To ensure you receive your shipping and delivery updates, please confirm that your email address is correct at checkout.

Furniture & Oversized Home Items

Select home objects and furniture items ship via freight delivery service. These shipments typically arrive within 4–6 weeks. Once dispatched, our freight partner will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.

Please note:

  • Additional freight charges may apply and will be in touch with you if applicable.
  • We are unable to ship oversized items to international destinations, U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses
  • Expedited shipping is not available for these items
